David P. Good

David P. Good is a Senior Director of Albright Stonebridge Group, a global strategy firm, where he advises clients on India-related issues. Previously, Mr. Good served as Head of the Tata Group’s U.S. corporate office, where he represented more than a dozen Tata companies and nearly 20,000 employees to U.S. federal and state government officials and industry, academic and professional leaders.

Prior to joining the Tata Group, Mr. Good spent 34 years with the U.S. State Department, the U.S. Information Agency and in diplomatic postings in India and West Asia. He was named the U.S. Consul General in Mumbai, a position he held from 1999 to 2002.

Mr. Good retired from the State Department in 2004 as Minister-Counselor and director of its Washington, DC, office for India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bhutan and Maldives affairs.

Mr. Good graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in Political Science, speaks Hindi and is conversant in Gujarati and Arabic.
