Jia Mingru
Jia Mingru is a Senior Director of Albright Stonebridge Group, a global strategy firm. Based in Beijing, he advises clients on issues related to China. Mr. Jia is one of China’s leading experts on intellectual property rights from both the legislative and law enforcement perspectives.
Previously, Mr. Jia served as the Chief Legal Representative of the Chinese State Council on Intellectual Property Rights and also served as the Vice Chairman of the Intellectual Property Leading Group under the State Council.
Mr. Jia acted as one of China’s major representatives on Sino-U.S. negotiations on intellectual property rights protections and has spent seven years as a participant in world trade negotiations.
