By supporting the firm’s Chair, Warren B. Rudman, Ms. Phelan is part of the Albright Stonebridge team that assists clients by setting up meetings with stakeholders and coordinating international trips in key cities on behalf of clients in every region of the world.

Marion Phelan is a Special Assistant to Chair Senator Warren Rudman at Albright Stonebridge Group, a global strategy firm. In addition to managing Senator Rudman’s schedule and personal affairs, Ms. Phelan also helps coordinate meetings and trips on behalf of the Albright Stonebridge China Practice.

Ms. Phelan has served in her role as Special Assistant to Senator Rudman since he began his service in the U.S. Senate in 1981. In 1993, when Senator Rudman retired from the Senate, she joined him as his Special Assistant at the law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP.

Prior to joining Senator Rudman’s Senate staff, Ms. Phelan served in the office of Senator Jacob Javits from New York. Ms. Phelan earned her B.A. from the University of Rhode Island.
