Ms. de Dorlhiac assists clients with her first-hand knowledge of the business landscape in Latin America and Brazil, from the day-to-day hurdles that companies encounter, to the broader geopolitical environment and its influence on client operations and goals in these regions.
Gabriella de F. Dorlhiac is a Director of Albright Stonebridge Group, a global strategy firm. Utilizing her native expertise in the region, Ms. de Dorlhiac helps clients to expand business operations, gain market access and establish strategic relationships with key private sector, trade and government contacts in Brazil and Latin America. She works with a range of industries including healthcare, pharmaceutical and energy sectors.
Prior to joining Albright Stonebridge Group, Ms. de Dorlhiac was a journalist with O Estado de Sao Paulo newspaper in Brazil, one of the leading daily publications in Latin America.
From 2002 to 2008, Ms. de Dorlhiac worked on the international news desk and covered issues concerning energy, foreign policy, military operations, immigration and politics. She also coordinated the daily work of the staff’s International and National correspondents.
Ms. de Dorlhiac also worked for the Brazilian Sugarcane Industry Association (UNICA), where she served as a research associate and wrote briefings on issues of renewable energy, climate change and labor relations.
While attending Georgetown University, Ms. de Dorlhiac served as the Managing Editor of the Georgetown University Journal of International Affairs, where she oversaw the Conflict & Security, Special Guest Interviews/Contributions, and Student Submission sections.
Ms. de Dorlhiac earned her M.A. in Energy Security from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service. She earned her B.A. in Communication from Pontificia Universidade Catolica in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Ms. de Dorlhiac speaks fluent Portuguese, Spanish and English, and has a working knowledge of German and French.
