Amy Celico spoke with Bloomberg TV about expectations for the U.S.-China meeting in Alaska.

"The expectations have been set so low that we're not even anticipating the prospect of surprise coming out of this meeting. The most important thing for the Biden administration is that they feel they're going into this meeting from a position of strength."
