Juliana Reed has extensive experience in government and public affairs in the health care, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries. She has led global corporate and government affairs strategies at major pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, working across complex policy, market access, and regulatory issues. An internationally recognized expert in biosimilars, Ms. Reed is President and Co-Founder of the not-for-profit U.S. Biosimilars Forum, and has led the industry in the advancement of multiple pro-biosimilar policies around the globe.

Luz Blancas Sevak draws on extensive experience working with global education organizations. Before joining the firm, she co-founded and served as Managing Director at Mindset Global, an advisory and investment firm for the global education sector. Previously, Ms. Sevak founded Mexico Educa to advise early-stage social enterprises in Latin America and Asia. She has also been an adjunct faculty member at Elmhurst College and at Loyola University, where she developed and taught courses on international business strategy and economic development. Earlier in her career, Ms. Sevak advised corporate, nonprofit, and government leaders on strategy across the U.S., Latin America, Europe, Africa, and Asia as a senior consultant at the Monitor Group.

Most recently, she advised start-up companies on their sustainability strategies in light of emerging regulations in the U.S. and European Union. Previously, Ms. Tate worked at Clarios, where she led the creation of a key public-private partnership, advanced policies on the circular economy and the critical minerals supply chain, and served as a member of the Global Battery Alliance’s steering committee. She has also served in policy, sustainability, and legal advisory roles at Johnson Controls, the Alliance to Save Energy, a leading energy industry association, and the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Science and Technology.
