ELIZABETH LITTLEFIELD JOINS ALBRIGHT STONEBRIDGE GROUP

WASHINGTON, DC (January 11, 2018) – Albright Stonebridge Group (ASG) announced today that Elizabeth L. Littlefield, the former Chair, President, and Chief Executive Officer of the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), has joined the firm as a Senior Counselor.

Ms. Littlefield was widely hailed for her leadership of OPIC (2010-2017), which supports U.S. businesses investing in developing markets in over 100 countries. She now brings these skills, knowledge, and experience to help ASG clients achieve their goals in emerging markets.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Littlefield spent 17 years at JP Morgan, where she oversaw the firm’s financing business in 42 countries across Africa, Eastern Europe, and Asia. Ms. Littlefield was based in London as JP Morgan’s Managing Director in charge of capital markets and financing in emerging markets. She also led JP Morgan’s debt trading for Africa, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East and served as a Director of investment banking based in Paris.

From 2000 until 2010, Ms. Littlefield was a Director at the World Bank and the CEO of the Consultative Group to Assist the Poor (CGAP), the global policy and advisory partnership dedicated to building and professionalizing the microfinance sector.

In addition to serving as a Senior Counselor with ASG part-time, Ms. Littlefield continues to be involved in other endeavors, including serving on the boards of the World Wildlife Fund and M-Kopa. She has served on the boards of the MasterCard and Calvert Foundations, and was an adjunct professor at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. Ms. Littlefield is a graduate of Brown University and attended Sciences Po in Paris.
