Hills & Company was established in 1993 to help clients expand and invest worldwide. Its principals have exceptional public- and private-sector experience in global business, trade, economics, politics, and diplomacy.

“I am delighted to welcome Carla Hills, Tom Pickering, and Hills & Company colleagues to the firm,” said Madeleine K. Albright, the 64th U.S. Secretary of State and Chair of Dentons Global Advisors ASG. “Carla and Tom are among the United States’ very most respected public servants, and it will be a privilege to work with them again. They have built a world-class business that advises the world’s leading companies, and their outstanding expertise, judgment, and reputation are a tremendous benefit to our clients and team going forward.”

“It is very exciting, for all of us at Hills & Company, to be joining the Dentons Global Advisors ASG family,” said Ambassador Carla Hills. “Our clients and team will benefit from the breadth and depth of capabilities following our combination. We look forward to working with colleagues old and new in this next chapter for our team.”

In joining Dentons Global Advisors ASG, Hills & Company becomes part of an elite multidisciplinary advisory firm that provides integrated strategic counsel for clients facing complex opportunities and challenges spanning commercial, reputational, financial, regulatory, and governance dimensions.

“We are thrilled to work with these incredibly accomplished individuals, whose judgment and experience at senior levels of government and the private sector offer great value in navigating the landscape of issues and opportunities that corporate leaders face today,” said Edward J.
