Joel Silberman is an Associate at ASG, where he conducts research, analysis, and support for the firm’s Europe practice.
Mr. Silberman has spent nearly a decade at the intersection of politics and the entertainment industry. Previously, he worked as a political story consultant on multiple network television pilots, produced campaign and advocacy videos, and was a regular opinion blogger for The Los Angeles Times. He also served as a field organizer on the 2008 U.S. presidential campaign of Barack Obama.
Mr. Silberman began his career as a web project coordinator for The List Project, a nonprofit devoted to resettling Iraqi refugees, and for the Geneva Initiative in Tel Aviv. He has also worked as Co-Director of the Writer’s Assistant Network, an organization that runs workshops for up-and-coming television writers.
Mr. Silberman earned a B.A. in American Studies from Brown University. He has appeared on Sky News Arabia and Sirius XM, regularly writes for HuffPost, and continues to consult on television projects.
