Lauren Pinson is Human Resources Manager at ASG, where she oversees the full HR portfolio, including recruitment, employee relations, HR and benefit administration, compliance, and policy management.
Previously, Ms. Pinson held several human resources positions at management consulting firm Logistics Management Institute (LMI), including roles as a Corporate Recruiter and Benefits Specialist. During her time at LMI, Ms. Pinson was responsible for full lifecycle recruiting activities, managing LMI’s undergraduate and graduate student programs and university partnerships, administering LMI’s benefit programs, and assisting with human resource compliance. Prior to that, Ms. Pinson was a Benefits Analyst and Benefits Assistant at Sibley Memorial Hospital, where she supported the design, implementation, and communication of employee benefit programs and administered the hospital’s educational assistance, retirement, and pension programs. Earlier in her career, Ms. Pinson was an elementary school teacher in Charleston, South Carolina.
Ms. Pinson earned a B.S. in Early Childhood Education from the College of Charleston. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, and is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
She is based in Washington, D.C.
