Marietou Diallo

Marietou Diallo is an Associate in ASG’s Africa practice, where she supports clients through research and project coordination. 

Prior to joining ASG, Ms. Diallo was a Program Management Coordinator in the Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance at the U.S. Agency for International Development. There, she supported the Office of Global Policy, Programs, Partnerships, and Communications in directing the bureau’s global humanitarian policy objectives and collaboration with external stakeholders. Ms. Diallo also interned in the bureau’s Civil-Military Division, where she helped improve information gathering related to the complex emergency situation in Nigeria and the Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.  

She previously worked at the American Bar Association’s Rule of Law Initiative and interned in South Africa at the Foundation for Professional Development. 

Ms. Diallo received her B.A. in International Affairs from The George Washington University. She grew up in Guinea, Burkina Faso, Senegal, and Ethiopia, and is fluent in French. 

She is based in Washington, D.C.
