Monique Meche is a Senior Advisor at ASG, where she draws on her extensive international technology policy, government relations, and market entry experience to help the firm’s technology and media clients navigate complex policy issues and enter international markets. She also helps clients build public policy teams and design and implement corporate social responsibility programs.
Ms. Meche joined ASG after serving as Vice President of Global Public Policy at Netflix, where she led public policy and government affairs in 190 countries. Prior to Netflix, she was Vice President of International Public Policy at Amazon. In this role, she built out Amazon's policy team globally and helped expand Amazon’s presence, products, and services in over fifteen countries.
Her previous technology policy positions included senior roles at Cisco Systems, where she was responsible for government affairs and policy in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and at Intel, where she managed public policy in Europe. She also was Director of Intel Capital, where she invested in startup companies in the United States, Asia, and Europe.
Ms. Meche also served as Vice President of Government Affairs and Corporate Social Responsibility at ArcelorMittal, the global steel and mining company.
Ms. Meche lived and worked in Europe for over twenty years, including France, Belgium, Germany, Ireland, and Luxembourg, and worked for three years in Tokyo, Japan.
She is a graduate of Tulane University, studied at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Paris and earned her master’s degree from the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium.
She speaks French and German, and is a dual citizen of the United States and Ireland.
