Nicholas Anstett is a Senior Director at ASG, where he advises organizations on corporate sustainability, development finance, cross-sector partnerships, and critical environmental, social, and governance issues in global markets.
Mr. Anstett has over a decade of experience working across sectors, industries, and functions, to help organizations and leaders shape critical sustainability initiatives that draw on the core capabilities of the business, earn buy-in from senior leaders inside and outside of the organization, and position the company to deliver significant value to stakeholders. He has led engagements in the financial services, energy, mining, retail, technology, consumer goods, telecommunications, and nonprofit sectors.
Prior to joining ASG, Mr. Anstett spent five years at Canada’s leading financial and transaction-related communications firm where he advised on corporate and investor affairs strategies for special situations including shareholder activism, M&A, hostile takeovers, restructurings, and other critical governance issues.
Mr. Anstett earned his M.B.A. from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, where he graduated with distinction and received the school’s top student award, the Saïd Prize, in recognition of outstanding academic achievement and contribution to the wider community.
He is based in Washington, D.C.
