Tess Westbrook is an Associate with the Europe practice at ASG, where she supports clients through research and project coordination.

Prior to joining ASG, Ms. Westbrook interned at the United Nations Academic Impact (UNAI), where she conducted research on issues related to young people and higher education. She also held various Research Assistant positions; she studied the role of social media in youth climate justice movements at Trinity College Dublin, young people’s understanding of democracy at Participatory Research in Asia (PRIA) India, and global environmental policy at Trócaire.

Ms. Westbrook received her M.S. in International Development from Trinity College Dublin, and her M.A. in Social Anthropology from the University of St. Andrews.

She is based in Washington, D.C.
