Thomas Donohue

Thomas Donohue is a member of the Board of Advisors at ASG.

He is the former Chief Executive Officer of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the world’s largest business federation, representing 3 million companies and organizations.

Under his leadership, the Chamber advanced free trade, promoted legal reform and technology, and improved the standing of business.

Previously, Mr. Donohue served for more than a decade as the President and CEO of the American Trucking Association. Previously, he was a group Vice President of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce for eight years.

Currently, Mr. Donohue serves on the Boards of Directors of Union Pacific Corporation and Sunrise Senior Living Corporation. He is also a member of the President’s Advisory Committee for Trade Policy and Negotiations, which provides overall policy and advice on matters concerning trade agreement objectives and bargaining positions and other aspects of U.S. trade policy.

Mr. Donohue earned his M.S. in Business Administration from Adelphi University and his B.A. from St. John’s University.
